[IGSSTATION-8498] ALGO00CAN- Receiver switched to internal clock

Dear Colleagues,

On 2022-09-20 at ~00:00ut a power interruption caused the external frequency source at ALGO00CAN to fail.  The receiver was switched to track using its internal clock on 2022-09-20 at ~20:00ut.  We are working on restoring full operation of the external frequency source as quickly as possible.

An updated site log will be submitted to the IGS SLM shortly.
