[IGSSTATION-8496] MIKL00UKR: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 15-SEP-2022 13:32 UTC the LEICA GR50 receiver firmware on the station MIKL00UKR (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) was changed from the version 4.31/7.403 to the version 4.60/7.811.

The MIKL00UKR site log was submitted to the IGS CB.
