[IGSSTATION-8492] FTNA00WLF : Receiver change and data gap 2022/253 to 2022/254

Dear Colleagues,
 
FTNA00WLF (Futuna Island) Trimble NetR9 receiver was replaced on 2022-09-05 by a Trimble Alloy (firmware version : 6.14). New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.

Data from 2022-09-10 00:00 UTC to 2022-09-12 00:00 UTC have been lost, because of a maintenance on site.
