[IGSSTATION-8487] HNPT dataflow disruption due to severed fiber optic cable

Dear IGS community,

Data from HNPT has been disrupted due to a severed fiber optic cable and
will likely be unavailable for weeks or months.

Also know that we are looking to install in the coming year a second
station at the site using a better monument than that used for HNPT.
Perhaps the cut fiber optic line will accelerate the installation of the
new station.

We’ll keep you posted.
