[IGSSTATION-8485] PRDS: RF Cable Replacement

Dear Colleagues,

The RF cable run at station PRDS has been replaced with a 50m ANDREWS LDF4-50 heliax cable at 23:14utc on 16 August 2022. An updated site log will be submitted to the IGS shortly.
