[IGSSTATION-8478] MDO1/MGO2 cable replacement

Dear IGS community, 

Stations MDO1 and MGO2 were offline for several hours on July 27, 2022 while RF-to-fiber-optic systems were installed to replace the coaxial cables between the receivers and antennas. The fiber connection is to electrically isolate all of the instruments in the equipment room, including GNSS, mitigating potential for lightning damage.

Data between 2022-07-27 21:00UTC 2022-07-28 17:00UTC should be discarded due to an antenna/receiver mismatch. Apologies for the inconvenience.
