[IGSSTATION-8476] STJO00CAN- Building replacement complete, external maser installed

Dear Colleagues,

On July 21, 2022 at approximately 21:30ut STJO00CAN came back online after the building replacement was completed.  A passive hydrogen maser was also installed at that time.   All available data during the building replacement project will be posted to the archives.

Two outages occurred while the equipment was temporarily relocated for the main building replacement:

2022-07-05 15:30ut to 2022-07-06 20:15ut
2022-07-20 18:00ut to 2022-07-21 21:30ut

An update site log will be submitted to the SLM soon.
