[IGSSTATION-8471] STJO00CAN Offline for Building Replacement

Dear Colleagues,

Starting today at ~15:00ut, STJO00CAN went offline for a building replacement until approximately July 25, 2022.  The station will continue tracking with a few interruptions during this time, and we will post the missing data when the station becomes fully operational again.
