[IGSSTATION-8464] ACSO00USA station damage repaired

Dear Colleagues,

It was previously announced in IGSSTATION-8432 that one of the legs of the ACSO00USA monument had major damage.  The UNAVCO field engineering team repaired the monument damage on 17-JUN-2022.  The bent leg was cut off and a new leg splice was installed using stainless steel couplers that were welded in place.  The repair was non-disruptive and should not impact the position time-series.  I have included some photos of the repair work below.
