[IGSSTATION-8423] Re GOLD and GOL2 data outage

Dear colleagues,

After an unexpectedly long outage, data from sites GOLD and GOL2 (Goldstone, California) is now being collected and publishing has resumed.
Unfortunately, no data was able to be collected during the period of the outage.

Apologies for the disruption of service and the resulting data gap.
