[IGSSTATION-8395] GOLD and GOL2 data outage

Please be advised, data from sites GOLD and GOL2 (Goldstone, California) will remain unavailable until replacement data collection systems can be installed to replace recently failed units. The best scenario would result in a resumption of service late next week. Will follow up when there is more to be said. Apologies for the inconvenience/disruption.
