[IGSSTATION-8387] HRAO receiver change announcement

Dear IGS Community,

The receiver at station HRAO was changed from a Javad TRE_G3TH Delta to a Septentrio PolaRx5TR. Data are available beginning 2021-11-10.

Background: 

Tracking issues were experienced prior to and after switching receivers from the Javad to the Septentrio. The antenna was temporarily removed for inspection and testing but no issues were found. The problem was isolated to the antenna cable. A breach in the jacket and shielding was found mid-span and there was water ingress within the connector at the antenna which resulted in heavy corrosion. The entire cable was replaced with Huber Schuner Sucofeed 3/8 HF FR cable. This resolved the tracking issue. The original antenna remains.
