[IGSSTATION-8367] AREQ00PER: new receiver

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the Javad receiver at Arequipa, Peru (AREQ) station was replaced by Septentrio PolaRx5 on December 3rd, 2021. The updated sitelog has been submitted to CB.

Maintenance and operations of the AREQ station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and The Arequipa Tracking Station, with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
