[IGSSTATION-8359] VACS00MUS: resume publication

Dear Colleagues,

The Vacoas, Mauritius Island (VACS) station receiver performance has stabilized to enable resumption of data publication. Current RINEX v2 and v3 products have started to flow to data centers. We are in the process of publishing data starting 2021.306(November 2, 2021). The updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS-CB.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the VACS station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Mauritius Meteorological Service, with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
