[IGSSTATION-8357] POLV00UKR: equipment change

Dear colleagues,

On 30-NOV-2021 the equipment on the POLV00UKR station (Poltava, Ukraine) was changed. The LEICA GR50 receiver (s/n 1871306, f/w ver. 4.31/7.403) and the LEIAR20 antenna (s/n 23014041) with the LEIM dome were installed. The antenna height (0.0700 m) was not changed.

The observations of GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS+QZSS satellites were restarted on 14:36 UTC.

Now the POLV00UKR station is operated by the Research Institute of Geodesy and Cartography (RIGC, Kiev).

The POLV00UKR sitelog was submitted to the IGS CB.
