[IGSSTATION-8345] OUS200NZL: Receiver change/resume operation

Dear colleagues,

Our GNSS station OUS200NZL in Dunedin, New Zealand is back online again.

We needed to replace the faulty SEPT POLARX5 by the same model.
While we investigated the root cause of the problem (antenna, receiver and/or cables), the antenna got detached.
A minor jump in the time series could be expected.

The metadata got updated using the SLM.
