[IGSSTATION-8326] NRCan FTP Server and NTRIP Caster Maintenance Saturday, October 16th

Dear Colleagues,

On Saturday, October 16th, 2021 at ~03:00UTC NRCan's FTP server (cacsb.nrcan.gc.ca) and NTRIP Casters (rt.cacsb.nrcan.gc.ca) will be shutdown for maintenance.  The duration of the outage is expected to be less than 24 hours.   These systems should be restored by Sunday, October 17th at ~03:00UTC.

NRCan's redundant FTP server (cacsa.nrcan.gc.ca) and NTRIP Casters (rt.cacsa.nrcan.gc.ca) will NOT be impacted by this maintenance and will remain online.
