[IGSSTATION-8307] OBE400JPN: wrong receiver serial number

Dear colleagues,

Mistakenly we used the wrong receiver serial number for our PolarX5 receiver in Oberpfaffenhofen, DEU.
We corrected the site log and published it via the SLM today.
