[IGSSTATION-8277] GUAM GPS Station Offline

Dear IGS community,

As of August 8th, 2021 station GUAM lost communications and presently remains offline. I have a request to the local station host for assistance. The station is expected to be back online within the next several days and any data that has accumulated during the down period will be published. A followup announcement will be made once communications have been restored.
