[IGSSTATION-8267] GMSD00JPN decommissioned from the IGS

Dear Colleagues,

The GMSD station has stopped providing data since July 17, 2021 (DOY198).
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the equipment was damaged by a lightning strike, so we decided to terminate the GMSD operation and decommission it from the IGS.

We greatly appreciate your support to the GMSD station and your use of our data so far.
