[IGSSTATION-8250] HOLP: receiver, antenna, radome change

Dear Colleagues,

Last Wednesday June 23rd the USGS changed the antenna, receiver, and radome at the Hollydale (HOLP) IGS station.  An updated IGS site log has been posted at the IGSCB.
