[IGSSTATION-8244] WHIT00CAN: Receiver Change

Dear colleagues,

Today, 2021-06-22, at approximately 18ut the GNSS receiver at station WHIT00CAN was changed from a TPS NET-G3A to a SEPT POLARX5.  An updated site log will be submitted to the IGS Site Log Manager shortly.  Data submissions to the IGS DC's and real-time streams will resume after our quality assurance checks.
