[IGSSTATION-8238] ROCK00USA: receiver and antenna swap

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS has changed the GNSS receiver and antenna at the Rocketdyne (ROCK) station.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGS Central Bureau.

Data for June 11-13 (DOY 162-164) will be re-sent to CDDIS, IGN, and Wuhan University with the corrected RINEX headers.
