[IGSSTATION-8234] WARK00NZL0 - 2019 local survey tie with WARK VLBI added

Dear colleagues,

WARK00NZL0 sitelog has been now updated with the results of the local survey tie between the GNSS and VLBI stations.
The survey was performed by LINZ (Land Information New Zealand) in February 2019, and results provided by them.

An updated version of the sitelog has been now submitted to IGS-CB.
