[IGSSTATION-8212] LPGS antenna change

Dear colleagues,

Due to a malfunction of our JAVRINGANT_G5T antenna in La Plata, ARG (LPGS) we decided to switch the antenna today (2021-132 15:45 UTC) back to an old G3T.

We will send a new antenna to La Plata as soon as possible and will inform you prior to the change.

Apologies for the short notice.
