[IGSSTATION-8187] New IGS Station: CYNE00GUF

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following stations to the IGS Network:

CYNE00GUF RINEX3 data is available from IGN and CDDIS.

This new station is also providing real-time data to the BKG, CDDIS, and UCAR casters.  We appreciate Institut National de l’Information Geographique et Forestiere (IGN) for providing the data.
