[IGSSTATION-8153] New IGS Stations: BRMG00DEU, BZR200ITA

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following stations to the IGS Network:

BRMG00DEU RINEX3 data is available from CDDIS.
BZR200ITA RINEX3 data is available from IGN.

These new stations are also providing real-time data to the BKG and UCAR casters.  We appreciate Bundesamt fuer Kartographie und Geodaesie (BKG) for providing the BRMG00DEU data.  We appreciate Autonome Provinz Bozen - Sudtirol (STPOS) for providing the BZR200ITA data.
