[IGSSTATION-8140] CHAN: antenna swap and data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,
 
Please be advised that data publishing from the GNSS site contributing data from Chanchung, China (CHAN) will recommence shortly.
The IGS site log has been updated following the previously announced issue, local freezing rain, and a subsequent replacement of both the antenna and the antenna cable on January 22, 2021.
