[IGSSTATION-8129] HARB00ZAF : station now available after antenna cable change

Dear Colleagues,
 
Due to an outage, antenna cable has been changed for HARB00ZAF station (South Africa) on 2021-01-22. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
Antenna has been temporarily disassembled during tests and put back in place.
Data from 2020-11-29 to 2021-01-23 have been lost.
