[IGSSTATION-8126] OP7100FRA: missing data due to a power supply failure.

Dear IGS Colleagues,

LNE-SYRTE in Observatoire de Paris (OP) experienced issues with the collection of GNSS data during the last few days, which hampered a proper generation of RINEX files.

Basically, we had an issue that happened twice with the power supply of one GNSS station. It is only the second time that we understood that the power supply was actually down. This happened on MJD 59239 (25th January, DOY 025) and MJD 59246 (1st February, DOY 032). The consequences were cascaded due to the current structure of the data collection and processing, and this impacted the IGS stations in OP.
- The OP7100FRA RINEX files are incomplete in the second half of MJD 59239 and in the first part of MJD 59240. It is also the case for the evening part of MJD 59246 and in the first part of MJD 59247 up to about 10h00 UTC.
- The OPMT00FRA RINEX files did not suffer from the issue, except maybe that they were only uploaded with an additional delay compared to usual daily upload.

The power supply having been replaced by another one today, we hope that this issue is now solved.
