[IGSSTATION-8111] AIRA: :Receiver change

Dear colleagues,

Receiver was changed to TRIMBLE ALLOY on 2021-01-13 for AIRA00JPN. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
For reasons of our system, the firmware of new receiver is older.
We will upgrade as soon as the firmware next to 6.08 is released.
