[IGSSTATION-8092] OWMG00NZL : Receiver change on 2020-12-18

[Operation Regina]

Trimble NetR9 receiver was replaced on 2020-12-18 by a Trimble Alloy (firmware version 5.45) for OWMG00NZL station.
Sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
