[IGSSTATION-8085] RABT : Comms Outage Resolved

Dear Colleagues,

A long network outage at RABT, beginning on 2019-11-28, has finally been resolved.  

Backlogged data are now available at CDDIS from the beginning of the outage up to today’s date, with a loss of data on 2020-10-27 through 2020-12-02, due to an additional power issue.  Apologies for the inconvenience.
