[IGSSTATION-8081] GFZ data/product upload to CDDIS (resolved)

Dear colleagues,

We are able to access the CDDIS upload folder again. The data and product upload routines have been started.

The upload is done by the nominal time of each file in descending order. There are currently still 6000 RINEX files in the queue.
