[IGSSTATION-8070] REGINA mission center maintenance on the 2020/11/17

We will carry out a maintenance operation on the REGINA mission center as well as on the website on the morning of 2020/11/17. The mission center as well as the website will therefore be unavailable during this phase.
The data coming from the following station will be impacted : AREG ASCG CHPG CIBG CPVG DJIG DYNG FTNA GAMB GAMG GRAS HARB JFNG KERG KITG KOUG KRGG MAYG METG NKLG NRMG OWMG PTGG RGDG SEYG STJ3 THTG THTI TLSE TLSG YEL2.
As soon as they are operational, we will take back the data not processed during this period.
