[IGSSTATION-8067] GFZ receiver firmware changes

Dear colleagues,

We updated the firmware of our JAVAD receivers to 3.7.10 for the following stations:

ULAB JAVAD TRE_3           3.7.10
URUM JAVAD TRE_3           3.7.10
UTQI JAVAD TR_G3TH         3.7.10
VOIM JAVAD TR_G3TH         3.7.10
WUH2 JAVAD TRE_3           3.7.10

All site logs have been posted to the IGS SLM.
