[IGSSTATION-8055] STK2:Receiver change

Dear colleagues,

Receiver was changed on 2020-10-22 for STK200JPN station. New sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
For our system reasons, the firmware of new receiver is older.
We will upgrade as soon as the firmware next to 6.08 is released.
