[IGSSTATION-8043] MBAR - Data Publication Stopped

Dear Colleagues,

Station MBAR is currently experiencing power issues that have resulted in daily 6 - 9 hour outages, beginning on 10-06-2020.  Data publication has been suspended and we are working to resolve the issue.  We will provide an update as soon as normal operations have been restored, hopefully by next week.
