[IGSSTATION-8027] Trimble NETR9/ALLOY Firmware release

Dear station operators,

Please be informed that a new firmware for the Trimble NETR9 (5.48) and ALLOY (6.08) receivers has been released.

Please find the release notes attached.

I'd like to encourage all station operators using these receiver types to upgrade to the newest version when/if possible.
There are several improvements regarding GLO+BDS tracking and fixed issue for BDS sending incorrect RTCM data.

All Alloy receivers are entitled to firmware version 6.08. The NetR9 receiver must have a
minimum firmware date of 1 November 2018 or later to use firmware version 5.48.

Also note, that the ALLOY receivers have a new firmware numbering format.
