[IGSSTATION-7970] ZIM2: receiver firmware changed (5.37 -> 5.45)

Dear colleagues,

Today, June 8 (6:30 UTC), the firmware of the NetR9 receiver was changed from 5.37 to 5.45.
When checking the new firmware version at a test receiver we recognized heavily increased multipath MP2 for geostationary BeiDou satelltite 05.
Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.
