[IGSSTATION-7952] UNB3: firmware update

The firmware of the UNB3 Trimble Alloy receiver was updated from version 5.43 to version 5.45 on 8 May. Furthermore, on 11 May, the Everest multipath-mitigation option was again deactivated. And the format of submitted RINEX files for UNB3 was been switched from RINEX 3.02 to 3.04 on 10-11 May.
The new sitelog has been submitted.
