[IGSSTATION-7946] AGGO: Receiver replaced

Dear colleagues,

the Septentrio PolaRx4 failed a few days ago.
A Leica GRX1200+GNSS replaced it for the next future
until a new PolaRx5 will be installed.
An updated site log file was submitted to IGS.
