[IGSSTATION-7928] WGTN00NZL0 - firmware upgrade

the firmware of WGTN (Wellington, New Zealand) Trimble Alloy receiver has been upgraded to release  5.43 on 2020-04-07 23:29 UTC.

An updated site log has been submitted to IGS CB.
