[IGSSTATION-7891] GOP6: firmware update

The firmware of the Septentrio PolaRx5 receiver at the station GOP6 was 
changed from version 5.3.0 to the latest version 5.3.2. The updated site 
log is available at M3G system and in the IGS repository.
