[IGSSTATION-7870] New IGS Station: KUJ200CAN

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following station to the IGS Network:

This new station is also providing a real-time data.  NRCan will be back filling the data over the coming days.  We appreciate NRCan for providing this station.
