[IGSSTATION-7838] HAL1: New Receiver

Dear Colleagues,

The Javad Delta TRE_G3TH receiver was replaced with a Septentrio PolaRx5 at HAL1 on 2019-12-18, as a routine upgrade.  Data publication will resume from 2019-12-19.

An updated site log has been submitted to the IGS.
