[IGSSTATION-7807] GA data centre outage [SEC=OFFICIAL]

[GA GNSS Operations]

Dear Colleagues,

Yesterday we experienced a power outage to part of our GNSS data centre. As a result there was limited access to our ftp server and delays in submission of RINEX data to the IGS. 

Most services have now been restored and operations should continue as normal. 

We apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
