[IGSSTATION-7804] TIT2 Receiver and antenna change

On Wednesday, 13.11.2019, we changed the antenna at station TIT2 14278M002, updated station logfile was sent to IGSCB. Individual antenna calibrations are available: CHAMBER (UNI Bonn)  and ROBOTOR (Senatsverwaltung Berlin).
