[IGSSTATION-7792] JPL-planned power outage

Dear Colleagues,

Power to the building where JPL's GNSS data handling and processing operation runs, will be shut down for preventative maintenance on November 2nd from 6:00am to 6:00PM (Pacific Time). JPL will continue to publish data from its stations by exercising our backup string, but expect to see temporary ‘outages’ from few of our stations during this time period. Once the maintenance is over and operation is back to its normal state, we will publish data from those stations.
