[IGSSTATION-7790] NIST receiver maintenance after 18.00UTC, MJD58787

Dear Colleagues,
There will be a data gap of  ~1 hr between 18.00-19.00 UTC for the NIST 
receiver RINEX data while the computer will be undergoing an upgrade.
